We thought just having the trim to put up would be easy. It's not. Matt's been working on it A LOT. It's 12:30am and, besides a supper break, he's been working since 2pm. I've been doing various other things. He's just super awesome.
We kinda worked on the trim (mostly painting it) Monday - Wednesday nights. Thursday we went to a wrestling meet and Friday we relaxed. Yesterday (Saturday) with sleeping in and ushering 5pm Mass we didn't get much done. Today we are kicking butt on it.
Matt's been doing trim all day but I have been baking, cleaning the extra bedroom, and painting trim and stuff. He's been super busy. He's determined to finish the trim tonight (except a piece we are missing) so tomorrow we can do paint touchups and then maybe be done??? Still don't know when we'll get carpet, hoping next Friday.
Tomorrow is our "Matt & Diana day". We hope to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1. That's about it. And relax. We haven't done much of that this weekend. And if Matt goes to karate I can finally start wrapping presents now that we have the extra bedroom back! YAY! Hopefully completely finished pictures coming next week. I can't wait for this to be done!!
