Welcome to week 3 of recapping drinks and maybe finding something new to make. Doing these originally for 10 summers had me making A LOT of drinks and going through these posts again have me remaking some I haven't made in years! I do still appreciate the ease of opening a can but it's been fun to mix some of these back into our rotation too.
Pineapple Coconut Margarita, published June 7, 2021
Ingredients-2 ounces pineapple juice
-1 ounce (2 TB) coconut milk (the canned variety)
-2 ounces (4 TB or ¼ cup) tequila
-2 tsp honey
-1 lime, juiced
-ice
-salt for rim (optional)
Light(er) & Fruity Margaritas, published June 8, 2020
Ingredients
-12 ounces frozen fruit (we used a peach/pineapple/mango/strawberry mix)
-¼ cup tequila
-2 TB (1 ounce) lime juice
-2 tsp honey
-¾ cup sparkling water (we used a peach/mango flavored variety)

Ingredients
-2 peeled bananas
-2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
-1 cup pineapple juice
-1 cup coconut water
-1 cup ice
-juice of one fresh lemon
Blackberry Margarita, published June 4, 2018
For blackberry simple syrup
-¾ cup fresh blackberries (washed)
-¾ cup sugar
-1 cup water
For the drink
-1½ oz tequila
-½ oz triple sec
-2 TB blackberry simple syrup
-1 cup sweet and sour mix (I DIYed with this recipe)
-ice
-rimming salt
-lime (optional)
-blackberries for garnish (optional)
Peach Lemonade, published June 5, 2017
Ingredients
-1 12-oz can of lemonade concentrate
-3 fresh peaches (you could probably sub frozen with little problem)
-8 ounces of water
-ice (start with about a cup and add more to taste)
-optional a shot (or two) of peach schnapps and/or triple sec
Strawberry Lemonade Beer, published June 6, 2016
1/2 lb frozen strawberries
1/2 gallon lemonade (I used powder mix because we had it)
7-8 light beers (we usually drink Bud Select)

Perfect & Easy Sweet Sun Tea, published June 8, 2015
Ingredients
~16 cups of water, divided
-either 2 family sized tea bags or 10ish regular sized ones
-3/4 cup sugar
This might be the one I've made the absolute most. There were many summers where I always had a jug of this in the fridge. I took a many summer break but now I am making it again!
